The term 'Billeasy E Solutions Pvt Ltd', 'Company', 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the with the Platform including without limitation the online ordering platform connected to our Partner’s Platform and social media platforms (accessed via the dashboard provided by Billeasy), i.e. the Digital Product Suite, i.e. including without limitation e-billing, mPOS, retail CRM, the micro e-commerce platform hosted on the domain Billeasy.in and/or provided through a mobile application or any other medium.
The Company does not endorse any vendor or other party that a user found on the Platform.
The Company does not warrant that the Platform will operate error-free or that the Platform and its servers are free of computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms. If your use of the Platform or the goods or the services or the materials displayed on the Platform results in the need for servicing or replacement or such other services, the Company is not responsible for those costs.
